Health & Safety – CDM Regulations
The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations provide a statutory framework for managing health & safety during construction work, with legal duties for everyone involved in the project from design through construction and beyond. The key aim is to integrate health & safety into the project and encourage all parties involved to work together. We offer advice to clients to ensure health & safety compliance on all projects. Under the 2015 Regulations both commercial and domestic projects should be CDM compliant.
